The PromptSqueeze Core Engine (comprising standard core packages such as squeeze.php, dashboard.php, and php-installer.php) is distributed freely as a source-available, free-to-use core package. You are granted a non-exclusive right to download, inspect, and execute the unmodified Core Engine for personal, institutional, and commercial applications, provided that original authorship and copyright notices of OmniOrigin Group of Businesses (Jagjit Singh) remain fully intact in all original code files and dashboard displays.

You are strictly prohibited from creating derivative works, modifying the Core Engine architectural logic to launch a competing standalone product, re-branding, white-labeling, sublicensing, or offering modified versions of the Core Engine as a standalone paid software or commercial service. Original author identifiers shall not be obscured or removed.

All official PromptSqueeze Add-ons, specialized integration packages, and proprietary extensions (including Whitespace-to-Byte Encoding and Tokenization Alignment modules) are proprietary software products owned exclusively by OmniOrigin Group of Businesses (Jagjit Singh). Purchasing an add-on grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute that specific add-on strictly on authorized domain(s) or system IP(s) registered during purchase.

3.1 No Redistribution: You are strictly forbidden from reselling, sublicensing, leasing, renting, sharing, publicly posting, or redistributing paid Add-on ZIP packages, proprietary binaries, or license validation keys to third parties.

3.2 Anti-Tampering: You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or attempt to bypass any domain-locking mechanisms, encryption wrappers, or functional dependency checks implemented within PromptSqueeze Add-ons or Core files.

All brand identifiers, trademarks, trade secrets, proprietary add-on logic, tokenization alignment algorithms, and commercial extensions remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of OmniOrigin Group of Businesses (Jagjit Singh). No ownership or patent filing rights are transferred under this Agreement.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS (OMNIORIGIN GROUP OF BUSINESSES / JAGJIT SINGH) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under or in connection with this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Himachal Pradesh, India.
